Are you getting enough exercise?
What about food and water?
We’re just checking because these days, everything seems to move so quickly that it’s easy to forget what matters most: your health.
Remember that if you don’t look after yourself, you won’t be useful to anyone for much longer.
Here’s this weekend’s good stuff:
1. 5C Re-Entry
Five years after it added a splash of colour to its phone lineup, Apple has done it again with the iPhone XR, the least expensive of three new iPhones launched this week.
But the XR (poorly named and pronounced ‘ten ar’) is nothing like the iPhone 5C, not just in form and function but also in rationale. This isn’t a product of compromise, it’s a full-fledged flagship phone pretending to be inexpensive so it can snatch your money. And maybe it will. It definitely makes a strong case for your consideration.
2. The News Feed
There’s plastic in your food, your choice of an X-something iPhone, the strange case of a kidnapped corpse, an unfiltered interview with Eminem and the Nigerian dancers the world has fallen in love with.
3. Your Turn
Launch a career in travel photography with an all-expenses-paid ten-day photo trip to Morocco accompanied by an acclaimed mentor courtesy of World Nomads. Take the shot.
How’s your Korean? If you’re in the information technology field (you know, IT, computers), you can get a scholarship to study for a master’s degree in South Korea. See how.
Reuters Pictures (a division of the Thomson Reuters news agency) is offering eight $5,000 grants to photojournalists and students of photojournalism. Details are here.

A short story. (No preview, just trust us on this one.)
Somebody made an all-conditions drone. (Because why the heck not?)
Recently, some guys at a bar figured they know what women want. Are they right?
Take care and have a lovely weekend.
