How do I cancel a transfer or bill payment?

Click Back till the menu appears or click Log Out. A transfer or bill payment can only be cancelled if you have not authorised it with your ALAT PIN. If you have authorised the transfer or bill payment, you cannot cancel it. Send an email to or call 070022552528 for assistance.
